Deluxe Villa 1 Has been designed to maximise privacy and seclusion, private steps lead to the shared pool. It is very large and airy, the combination of a high vaulted ceiling with a highly glazed cool ceramic floor keep this villa cool and reduces the need to use the air-conditioning unit, (some guests dislike using air-condition units) it has a king size bed, Cable TV, DVD player and Wireless Internet service. All our linen is 100% Egyptian cotton for that luxurious feeling, it is ideal for couples. Romance is the key word.

Luxury Villa 2 Is very large and airy and benefits from having a cool ceramic floor. It has a vaulted ceiling with Fan and air-condition, it has twin beds, Cable TV, DVD player and wireless Internet. All our linen is 100% Egyptian Cotton for that luxurious feeling. an extra large door leads into the spacious shower wet room and a low level stylish glass sink. This gives easy and convenient access to our guests with limited mobility. The large folding back patio doors lead onto your own patio, this villa benefits from a slope to enable easy access for wheelchair users.
Luxury Villa 3 This villa is very large and airy, it has a vaulted ceiling with Fan and air-conditioning. it benefits from a King size bed. All our linen is 100% Egyptian cotton for that luxurious feeling. all of the specification for Villa 3 is the same as villa 2.

Villas 2 and 3 benefit from having an adjoining internal lobby that can allow families and friends who wish to, to have access between them, they can be rented individually or as a conjoined bungalow.

A daily supply of bread, milk, breakfast cereal enables you to have a self service breakfast at your leisure.

Kingsacre has a policy to protect the environment as much as possible, to this aim we have installed Solar Panels for hot water, low energy light bulbs, and we recycle as much as we can. We have installed electricity meters on our villas to encourage our guests to be mindful of usage.
