We have a no smoking policy. Guests who do smoke are respectfully requested to do so well away from all the Villas and respect others.
Kingsacre has a policy to protect the environment as much as possible, to this aim we have installed electric meters on our villas. The meter will be read on arrival and again before your departure.
Our guests will be charged a rate of 5 bahts per unit. This will be deducted from the key deposit at the end of your stay.
One of our Luxury Villas has been adapted to cater for people with mobility problems. Wide doorways and no steps.
We can supply single beds and a cot for a nominal charge to cover laundering.
We ask that all our guests respect the peaceful environment and the privacy of others.
Please keep noise to a minimum especially if returning home late at night or leaving early in the morning.
The swimming pool is 1meter deep near the steps, going to 1.5 meters. Therefor it is not suitable for children who cannot swim, however all children must be fully supervised in and around the pool.
The Thai people love children, a baby sitting service can be arranged for a small fee direct to the child minder.
Breakfast is a basic one of toast, jam or Marmalade, orange juice, breakfast cereal or Muesli, tea or coffee. It is self catering, therefor it is whenever you wish it to be. If you require extra provisions for light snacks we can provide this for a nominal charge.
Glen and Christine are available during 8-10 am and 4-6pm for any queries.
Baan Nok is self catering, a starter pack will be provided on arrival.
It is necessary to have the gardens and pool maintained regularly,
please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that may be caused.
On room cleaning day, we respectfully ask that our guests make the rooms available to the maid at 9.30am. Our maid comes in especially to clean and has other commitments.
